Your purchase
The $19 Website Improvement Kit is a downloadable collection of general templates and guidance, delivered as printable HTML, Markdown and CSV files. The $79 Homepage Clarity Review covers one public homepage with HTML checks, mobile and desktop Lighthouse checks, and AI-assisted recommendations tied to recorded evidence. Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax must be displayed at checkout before payment.
The review does not include website edits, full-site SEO research, visual design work, accessibility certification, security testing, or a guarantee of traffic or sales. One clarification round is included. We do not ask for website passwords.
Proposed monthly care plans
Monthly care is a proposed pilot service and is not open for enrollment or recurring billing. The care brief preview stays in your browser. Choosing Send inquiry with contact consent stores the selected plan, delivery preference, public website, email, platform, priority and preset campaign labels in our private suitability-review queue, with a request reference and consent version. This does not start a subscription, grant access, authorize external AI processing or authorize website changes. If you choose to send the email draft, your email provider delivers that inquiry to Korvane Partners. Do not include credentials or private customer information.
Before enrollment, we must confirm platform compatibility, scope, support arrangements, backup and restoration capability, final pricing and renewal terms. The proposed plans cover one site, with stated monthly editing limits and no rollover. Hosting, domains, paid licenses, redesigns, custom applications, malware cleanup and emergency response are excluded. Proposed cancellation is before the next renewal, with service through the paid period. Actual service terms and any setup charge will be presented before a customer agrees or pays.
Specific changes require customer approval; silence is not consent. Separately scoped routine maintenance may be authorized in writing, but new spending, major redesigns, checkout changes and access to customer data require fresh approval. AI-assisted suggestions do not authorize implementation or guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales.
Local SEO service fees and optional costs
Google Business Profile and Google Search Console are free Google services. Korvane is an independent provider; any management fee pays for Korvane’s work, not a Google listing or preferred rankings. Before managing a profile we disclose the management fee in writing and identify it on invoices.
The proposed Growth Partner scope may include agreed local SEO tasks for one eligible profile within the same 120 total monthly editing minutes used for website work. It does not add another time allowance. Ordinary AI usage needed for the agreed scope is included in the service fee. Account access, publishing permissions and final deliverables must be agreed before activation.
We prioritize free tools. Advertising, premium software, third-party subscriptions and additional work require a separate quote and explicit approval of the amount, payer and recurring terms before any charge. No open-ended pass-through costs are authorized by an inquiry or subscription. Ongoing scoped service does not mean unlimited work, continuous monitoring or 24/7 emergency response.
Delivery
The kit is available in your private order portal after payment confirmation. The review has a pilot delivery target of two business days. A blocked page or missing test results may require follow-up; if we cannot deliver the advertised scope, you can request a refund. Keep your private delivery link confidential.
Refunds and support
Contact support with your order number for duplicate payments, unavailable files, or a deliverable that does not match the advertised scope. Request cancellation of a review before work begins. If we cannot deliver the review, we will offer a refund. Downloaded templates cannot guarantee a particular business result. These terms do not remove rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Template license
You may adapt the kit for your own business website and internal planning. You may not resell or redistribute the kit as a template product. Third-party source material remains subject to its owners’ terms.
Information used to fulfill your order
We collect your email address, order details, and, for a review, the business name, public page URL and business context you provide. We store order status, payment references, reports and operational logs. We use this information to fulfill purchases and respond to support requests.
Stripe processes card payments; this application does not store card numbers. Google PageSpeed Insights receives the public URL to perform website checks. OpenAI receives bounded website findings and the business context needed to draft recommendations. AI output is checked against recorded evidence, but automated checks cannot guarantee factual accuracy. Please do not submit confidential information.
Care inquiries and campaign measurement
We use inquiry details to assess fit and respond to your request, not to enroll you in marketing. Only authenticated owner access can view the queue. Optional plan-click measurement is off by default and records a random event reference, timestamp and preset campaign labels without contact details, tracking cookies or fingerprinting. Events are retained up to 90 days and older events are removed on the next recorded event; dashboards exclude events older than 90 days. Campaign labels are not verified identities or proof of sales. Server and hosting access logs may separately process connection information.
AI-assisted service is planned, not continuous monitoring in this preview. External provider processing and any analytics or implementation access must be explained and agreed before activation. Public-page analysis does not grant access to private systems. Requests for correction or deletion can be sent to support; inquiry retention must be finalized before public launch.
Email and storage
Order emails are transactional. A purchase does not sign you up for marketing. Reports and operational records are stored on the business’s configured server and backups. We use an essential owner-login cookie and your browser’s session storage for private order access; no advertising trackers are built into this site.
The proposed retention policy is to keep reports and fulfillment records for 12 months unless a support matter requires longer retention, and to retain payment and accounting records as required for the business. The operator must implement and confirm the retention schedule before launch. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
